Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to a self-installing file with instructions. The application and database are installed automatically. After installation, the application is ready to use.

The subscription includes software updates due to legal changes in event layouts, digital signature and messaging within the contracted period.

Support and usage instructions:
— User manual sent together with the installation email.
— Usage, doubts and FAQs explained on the website/YouTube.
— If needed, personalized technical support can be hired additionally per hour (payment via PagSeguro). Email suporte@digitalfi.com.br indicating the preferred contact type. We also offer a monthly support contract for subscribers.

— Hourly rate: R$ 250.00 (Access Plan), R$ 200.00 (Basic Plan) and R$ 180.00 (Standard Plan); cannot be fractioned.
